The Philadelphia Experiment (PEX) is excited to announce the Second Annual PEX Summer Festival July 1st- 5th in Darlington, Maryland, (1 hour from Philly and Baltimore, 90 minutes from DC, and 3 hours from NYC).

The festival will be hosted on 200 private acres overlooking the Susquehanna River with over 150 performers, bands, DJs, speakers and workshops.

Amenities include Multiple Stages, Swimming Pool, Ropes Course, Fire & Drum Circles, Hiking trails, Canoes, Lake, Catered Meals, Cabins, Tent & Car Camping, Sport Courts, and Saturday Night BBQ & Effigy Burn.

PEX Summer Festival is a participatory experience. Art is desired in every dimension! Bring your ideas, innovations, unique visions and creativity and help us to explore the depths of who we really are! We are inviting artists, performers, sculptors, musicians, dancers, builders, and creative people of all types! June 1st is the Deadline for guide submissions.

We’re happy to announce that Family Affair will be returning to the rooftop of the Standard Hotel in downtown Los Angeles for our 4th Annual Fundraising roof-top party. This year we’ll be raising money for Haiti. The Standard rooftop is where it all began and we’re extremely happy to invite each and every one of you back for another unique experience to help raise some money, emotions and support for our friends in Haiti.

Family Affair will be donating proceeds from our event on May 8th and 9th to HUFU.org (Hollywood Unites For Haiti) Hollywood Unites For Haiti was founded by Jimmy Jean-Luis, known as,”The Haitian,” on the NBC television series,”Heroes.” Jimmy’s and his wife Evelyn are working to raise funds for a 30,000 square foot dome to be delivered to Haiti as the rainy season heats up. To give you an idea of what they’re trying to achieve the average American home is 1000 square feet, so you can only imagine how many families can be protected from the weather with a 30,000 square foot house.
