Playloop and NextAid are proud to bring you exceptional Afro-centric artwork from very talented Los Angeles artists that you may bid on and purchase. A very generous portion of the proceeds from the art will go directly to NextAid, the dance community’s response to AIDS in Africa. For more about NexAid go to http://www.nextaid.org.

From 8:30 to 10pm on May 7th you will have the opportunity to view and bid on the artwork, but you may also place a bid on the artwork of your choice right now by contacting Kalla Brousard, Head of Charity Focus for Playloop Records, at 323-541-7331 KALLABMONAVIE@GMAIL.COM.
Bidding will conclude at midnight on May 7th.

Your generous contribution will help fund the NextAid/Youth With a Vision Community Center and Children’s Residential Village in Dennilton, South Africa, an ecological children’s center that will serve as a safe home for 50 children orphaned by AIDS, a multi-purpose center for the greater community, and a model for future projects throughout Africa. http://www.nextaid.org/multipurposecenter.htm

There’s no way that we can personally imagine the great need of the children affected by the AIDS epidemic in Africa, but there is something that we can do about it from right where we are. We can help NextAid give 50 orphaned children a safe home, loving care, an education and a greater possibility for an empowered and fulfilling life. That’

s something that every child deserves. Even helping just one child to understand that they are not alone in the world and that they can have a promising future is an extraordinary gift.
